My partner and I stayed at your hotel 14th 15th Nov 2025. NONE of the power points were working in room number 416... I told reception but responce was we tried to get them fixed. One light by the bed wasn't working. After a 13hr flight from New Zealand and then to get to our room and it's substandard is not good enough. Luckily this is our last trip to the USA... Once we sell our property in orlando florida we have no reason to return to the USA. Minus the room the service was friendly..
Two weeks ago, we made a weekend reservation at this hotel, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Rehab and the rest of the staff provided outstanding service, making us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The only thing to keep in mind is that having a car is quite necessary to get around, as public transportation options in the area are limited. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!
Overall a nice property. The rooms are nicer and more equipped than I expected at the price point (fridge, microwave, coffee, etc.). Nicely decorated. Free coffee in the lobby all day and breakfast for a small fee, which is fine. Friendly front desk staff. Bar isn’t anything special but adequate and friendly bartender. Overall, would recommend, esp at this price point.

I had read a the reviews and was somewhat apprehensive. To my great relief we had a wonderful stay with staff that were truly interested in our comfort and responded immediately to our needs. I will definitely stay at this location again.
Went into town for a baseball tournament for a overnight stay here. For a choice made last minute to travel with a friend to support the baseball game she was supporting, was a GREAT Choice. We had kids with us ages 9yrs - 11 yrs. Last minute picks can always be overwhelming and sometimes stressful, but I am glad the service and stay was a favored one!! God is good!! Thank you Four Points!! I was able to catch a stunning view from the Parkinglot with my free coffee from them early morning!! Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff

The front desk staff is kind and helpful. The building is well-maintained, and my room is very clean. The check-in process was simple, and there is ample, easily accessible parking near the beltway. The pool is wonderful for cooling off after a hot day, and there is an ample snack bar/sundry store by the front desk.
